PYFFL Rule Book

The 2026 Pembroke Youth Flag Football League Rulebook is now available. This year’s edition includes a number of rule changes as part of PYFFL’s ongoing, multi-year effort to more closely align our rules with the official NFL FLAG rules and standards used by leagues across the country, while maintaining the playing time structure and standards that are important to the PYFFL program.

Coaches, parents, and players should refer to the 2026 PYFFL Rulebook for the league’s current rules, policies, and procedures.
