Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Coaching Application

No cost

PYFFL

Any refund request submitted before June 1, 2026 is eligible for a full refund (100%). Requests made between June 1, 2026 and July 31, 2026 are eligible for a 50% refund. Requests made on or after August 1, 2026 are eligible for a 25% refund. Once the 2026 season begins in mid-August, no refunds will be issued.

PYFFL Team Sponsorship

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our sponsors, as your contributions play a vital role in making the PYFFL season possible for hundreds of local families. Because sponsorships directly fund league operations such as uniforms, equipment, field maintenance, and game-day needs, all sponsorship commitments are considered final.

PYFFL Unified

Refunds will be processed for any player that leaves the league prior to July 1st, 2026. (less any incurred uniform ordering costs). No refunds are issued after that date.
